Pricing

One fixed price.
No add-ons on the day.

A full screening runs ₩450,000 to ₩1,650,000 depending on tier. Every figure on this page is a partner centre's own published, non-covered (비급여) price for its own program, read on a stated date and not marked up here. That is the centre's figure, which is why you can check it against the centre's page. What you pay is quoted to you before you book, in your currency, and held for 60 days once quoted. Want one system checked rather than the whole body? See the six focused programs further down this page. These are each centre's own domestic price list. See "Domestic vs. foreigner-facing pricing" below for what KMI publishes on its separate international site, and which schedule applies to your booking. Every figure on this page carries its source and the date it was measured. See the methodology line under the comparison table.

One system, not the whole body

Six focused programs. KMI only.

KMI (one of the four partner centres) separately publishes six focused, single-system programs: narrower than the tiered ladder, each booked and priced on its own. These are KMI's own published prices for a KMI program, not a Meridiko package or a Meridiko price.

A dedicated chest-imaging and pulmonary work-up, for anyone who wants the lungs checked without booking a full tier.

A dedicated heart-and-vessel work-up, narrower than the cardiac ultrasound bundled into the Comprehensive tier.

소화기정밀

₩700,000

An endoscopy-led work-up of the digestive tract on its own.

뇌혈관정밀

Cerebrovascular precision

A women's-health-focused panel and imaging set.

알레르기정밀

Allergy precision

₩720,000

Domestic vs. foreigner-facing pricing

One centre publishes two schedules.

KMI Global (KMI's own international-patient site) publishes no price at all for its Standard, Signature or Noble comprehensive packages. The only prices it publishes for international patients are four focused, single-system packages, in KRW.

KMI only

Domestic list. KMI Global's foreigner-facing list.

Domestic figures: KMI (한국의학연구소), published non-covered (비급여) price list, focused single-system programs (https://www.kmi.or.kr/HLCHK/PERSONAL), measured 2026-07-28. International figures: KMI Global (international-patient site), examination page (https://global.kmi.or.kr/examination/foreigner_examination), measured 2026-07-28. The note on third-party reports for the comprehensive packages below is not independently sourced here and carries no figure of its own.

KMI publishes no price at all for Standard, Signature or Noble. The four focused programs above are the only international prices it lists. Where a domestic focused program exists, the international price runs roughly 25–29% higher, but the two are not confirmed to cover identical contents, so this does not establish a foreigner surcharge. Third-party agency and traveller reports on the comprehensive packages point the other way (toward parity or lower pricing for foreign patients), but these are not KMI's own published prices, so no figure from them appears on this page. Open question, not yet resolved with the partner: what KMI actually charges a foreign self-pay patient for Standard, Signature and Noble, and whether the 25–29% gap on the focused programs reflects different package contents or a genuine price difference.
