A coordinator reads it, checks with clinics that offer the care you described, and replies with options and a price each clinic has confirmed. No account was created, and nothing has been charged.
The reply names the clinic or clinics that would provide the care, what each proposes, and the price each has confirmed for it. Where the reply is a screening program, the price can be checked against the centre's own published list. Where it is not, the reply says what the clinic quoted and what it covers, so there is nothing to discover on the day.
If the dates you gave cannot be matched, the reply says so and offers what is actually available rather than quietly moving you. You decide at every step, and until you say yes to one option nothing is booked.
Check the entry rule for your passport, if you have not. For most nationalities a short medical trip needs no visa at all. The entry check answers it in about a minute, and if yours is a case that does need one, say so in your reply and it can be handled.
What you sent is stored for 90 days and then deletes itself. No IP address is stored with it. A one-line summary went to the team's own channel so somebody picks it up, and that line carries your name, the kind of care, your city and your dates. It carries none of your note and no contact detail. The privacy page sets out who processes it and what each one sees.
If you would rather it were deleted sooner than 90 days, say so in a reply to your own note and it will be.
